Who may not hold a position with an employee benefit plan?

In general, any person convicted of a specific crime, e.g., robbery, bribery, extortion, embezzlement, fraud, grand larceny, burglary, or arson or violations of any Federal or state laws involving substance abuse, any violation of any provisions of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and other legislation may not serve in virtually any capacity with respect to any employee benefit plan at any time during or for the period of 13 years after any conviction.
