Alliance acted on behalf of plaintiff trustee of pension plan in dealing with group investment contract issued by Nationwide Life Insurance Company. Alliance was paid for its services from pension plan funds. In addition, Alliance was paid by Nationwide. Pursuing claims against Alliance for failing to disclose its relationship with Nationwide and to recover excessive fees paid to Alliance. Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Peoria County, Case No. 06-L-214.
