Our Firm
The firm was formed in 1969 and has been engaged in the practice of tax and business law since then and ERISA law since ERISA's enactment in 1974. Since its inception, the firm has maintained and has annually contributed 25% of each participant's compensation to one or more tax qualified plans of deferred compensation, e.g., a profit sharing plan, a money purchase pension plan, a defined benefit pension plan, a cash balance pension plan and a 401(k) plan. The firm provides distinctive legal representation and advocacy to business organizations, investors and entrepreneurs regarding Federal tax and ERISA matters and related litigation, with particular emphasis on ERISA fiduciary litigation.
