A successful applicant for an associate position with our firm will have graduated from a top 25% law school, the top 25% of the applicant's graduating class, have a demonstrated analytical undergraduate degree and superior communication skills.

An entry level associate is compensated at a competitive rate with a performance bonus. In addition, the firm provides generous fringe benefits in the form of medical and hospitalization insurance, income disability insurance, generous vacation and leave time and maintains a profit sharing plan with contributions approximating 25% of compensation. The firm places significant emphasis upon employer subsidized continuing legal education.
